I genuinely cannot express how happy I am with the entire experience at Smith’s Body Shop! From the moment I dropped my vehicle off, Jarrett and the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, professional, understanding, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. After hitting a deer I was just hoping to get my vehicle back looking like it did before. Y’all somehow managed to make it look even better! The quality of the repairs is phenomenal, and the fact that you took the time to clean my vehicle before returning it was such a thoughtful touch. It is so refreshing to deal with people who clearly take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Very satisfied -- felt like I was driving a new car. Paint job is great and the detailing on the inside was a wonderful surprise. Would definitely do business with them again. Also Jared was so helpful and patient explaining exactly what the job would entail. People I talked with thought the price was more than fair. Love Smith's Body Shop!
