Got parts in very fast…Was told by selling dealer that parts would take quite a while. Received a phone call few days later that car was ready for pickup. Very pleased with the work and will be telling others how pleased we were on performance and looks.

First off they gave me a date to drop off my truck on a Monday and it would be ready that Friday. I went by Friday and they said the parts hadn’t come in yet. I waited another week and again went by Friday. They said they were working on it and it should be ready early the next week. They called me Tuesday at 4:45 and said it was ready. They closed at 5 so I told them I would pick it up the next day. Also I told them twice I wanted to keep my old bumper and tail light and they said no problem. When I got to pick up my truck and ask where my bumper and light were they said the metal man had accidentally gotten my bumper and they used the old tail light. When I balked about paying my deductible the bumper miraculously reappeared. I also checked with my insurance company and they definitely paid for a new taillight. Not for sure what I’m going to do about that. The actual work on my truck looks good but time will be the judge of that. Not a happy camper..

Had door and front bumper fixed. Everything looks great but masking tape was left inside gas cap door and the piece that goes behind the doot handle on the door that was replaced. The little taps are broke. Not nitpicking but those were just 2 of the things. Also back tire was low on air when I picked it up when I had it checked hsd a. piece of metal in it. Over all the door and front bumper looks great .
