Smitty's Auto Body was established in 1961 and has been a respected name in auto collision repair ever since. The 9,000+ square foot facility is fenced, well lit, and has secure storage and parking. Smitty's Auto Body's state of the art equipment includes unibody/frame alignment machines with 3D laser measuring technology, ensuring that vehicles are returned to original manufacturer specifications. We have a downdraft spray booth, which is adjacent to a separated clean room/prep area. This provides the cleanest environment possible for refinishing operations. Smitty's offers a lifetime warranty against any defects in workmanship. Our technicians have achieved a minimum I-CAR GOLD CLASS certification. We strive to protect the environment by ensuring EPA approved safe practices are in place and followed stringently by each employee. Towing and flatbed services are also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I was very disappointed when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. Although the work that they did was good, one area that was worked on was the hood in which there was already a dent from our previous incident. instead of addressing it/repairing it/discussing it with me your company decided to disregard this dent and only Repair the area that was involved in this accident. Other than the hood, this car is in virtually perfect condition and I would've certainly paid the additional cost to repair this previous dent while the other work was being done. I feel like there's no pride in your work and I'm very disappointed.

Everyone in the office was very professional. Text messages kept coming advising of progress. They responded efficiently and were very well aware of customer service. Two words in current business acumen, that I've experienced, doesn't mean much. Everyone should take a page out of Smitty's!!!
