Considering I contacted 2 other prominent companies in the Stoughton Area (Gerber namely) and they had a huge waiting list and never got back to me... I will definitely contact Smokey again with my work if I need any. Will also recommend him to anyone else in the Stoughton Area.

The customer service was great. Both the personal interaction and their use of online information kept me apprised of what was going on. Very helpful to know the status of what was going on. I appreciated him being upfront about when he could get it in and even fixing up my vehicle to use temporarily before the work. His knowledge of cars is something everyone should take advantage of!

It took a long time to get the part, but I guess the supply chain issues are still going on because of COVID. Other than the time, the repair work itself was excellent.
