First impression made by owner was great. Being able to leave my car for repairs on less than 2 days notice was deciding factor. I totally appreciated the use of the loaner car. When I picked up my car, the gentleman who signed out my car knew my car's history and was able to answer my questions. He was very courteous as well. I had an AMAZING experience at Smokey’s! Matt one of the mechanics was one of the first people I interacted with. He was kind and hospitable. He got me in my loaner car promptly which was FREE by the way. My part came in quickly and my car was done within days ! I highly recommend Smokey’s !

Loaner car was awful. Way too low for me, wipers didn’t work and no gas in it.
