Since it took a while, so much damage, I appreciated the updates along the way. It made the wait easier. And having a loaner that somewhat matched my own (3rd row seats) was very much appreciated. The guys in the office were great. Polite and considerate.

Car wasn’t ready when promised. Battery was dead because of suspected XM radio use while car was off. When I got the car back the radio was on a channel that I never listen to. After jump starting the car I have had no further battery issues.
