No test drive was done on my car. The light on the dash came on less than a mile down the road, they said they put air in the tire snd the light went off, it was never on before the accident. No one walked out to the car with me just handed me my keys and said don't wash it for a week. Nothing was explained to me about what they did. I prefer not to return if my agent will approve me going else where

They would say when I asked about the air bags not going off is "its not throwing any codes". That did not reassure me. The light had ti go on for a reason along with the safety belts

Came in with a small chip in clear coat. After a week when it was ready we noticed 13 pieces of grit under the paint and a larger scratch then what it came in with. Still waiting for it to be re-done. The quality has gone down very fast. Prior to this repair another repair for a frontal collision and the bottom runner was never repaired. When I finally noticed and brought it back in after awhile I was told their guys would never leave something like that and that I must have done It myself after the repairs were made. From now on I check my vehicle up and down closer then most because I cannot trust this body shop anymore. If any further damage comes to my veichle after the paint is repaired I will go elsewhere. I do not trust Feeny body shop with my vehicles anymore.

Seem to be a bother when I call. And when the issues arose with the paint repair body shop manager was rushing off to a meeting and hardly glanced at it and gave a weak excuse about the issue blaming it on the paint. With no apology or mention that maybe the quality check was never done. Was given a loaner vehicle that is 1500miles past its oil change with a check engine light on. We received it dirty had a couple used water bottles inside and no one seemed to care that it had a check engine light on. Saying "it's an issue if its blinking". Obviously no one cares to check loaners after they are recieved back.
