Took way too long and until towards the end did not hear from them with updates. I didn’t feel in any way that I was being personally looked after and I don’t feel the quality of the work is very high. My headlights were not realigned upon picking up my vehicle. The right headlight was up in the trees while the left was on the ground and sideways. We realigned them ourselves.

The body shop was amazing. The service center was not. They claim that when I ran over the deer and went air borne that I didn't mess up my car by making the oil start flowing out. Got it today and my car is not fixed after I spent 400 on what they say was wrong with it.
