I received the car back after the second time at the office. The bumper cover still does not seem tight to me. That is the reason for my non-perfect score. Their customer service is excellent. The painting is beautiful. I am just a little concerned with how the bumper is attached, I know it is an old car and minor damage but it is just a concern.
