I was originally told the bed HAD to be replaced. Once all the work was completed they said the repaired it instead of replacing it. I was never told of the change.

I was glad I was recommended to Carstar by my insurance agent, to repair the damage to my car. I was impressed with how quickly they responded to me, and how they handled the logistics of working with my insurance company and making arrangements for a rental car for me. The staff was friendly and great at commucating with me frequently regarding where they were with the progress of the job. Initial inspection shows no evidence of right rear falcon wing car door being deeply keyed through the paint into the aluminum panel and causing a slight dent. The paint matches the existing color and I can't tell a difference from new. There is no evidence I could find that the door had been repainted (no masking lines). Excellent job!
