Auto body and insurance companies have become increasingly greedy over the last five years. Unfortunately that traps the consumers in an unfavorable position where they either pay too much or risk shoddy repairs. Solesbee did an excellent job repairing my vehicle to pre-wreck condition. Brandon should be rewarded for his excellent service and for diligently working with the insurance so that I wouldn’t have to bear any costs since the other party was at fault. I will definitely recommend Solesbee to my family and friends in the future!

I suppose the repair itself is fine. The cost is outrageous, but that’s for you to handle. But the estimated one week for repairs kept extending… to six weeks. Their communication and professionalism were severely lacking. I know the owners. I hate to say this, but it was a horrible experience.

Constant delays with repairs. Ordering the wrong parts. Staffing issues. MANY times I was told I’d be called with an update. 90% of the time, I had to initiate the update and then play phone tag.

I had an excellent experience with this auto body repair shop in terms of the quality of the work, they did a fantastic job on my car! My only minor complaint was the repeated delays in getting the car repaired. Overall, a great shop!
