Oh I make sure everyone knows carstar fixed my car and the work is getting around. I wouldn't recommend anyone else after an experience like that!

Carstar was absolutely an amazing experience from finish to end. The first day I walked in, the customer experience blew me away. Very impressive! They told me what everything was for paperwork wise and made it very easy. They kept in great contact to notify me on what proccess my car was in and very informative. When I came to pick up the car, again just like before amazing customer service. I also requested to talk to the painter to ask aditional questions about how to take care of my new paint. The damage to my car was not completely fixed. After leaving to work, I arrived to my first patients house and had to get supplies from the back of my car and noticed I had a big blue scratch/dent. I don’t know if this happen during the repair but I know it wasn’t there before the accident.

The thing I appreciated the most was being made to feel like my problem was the only one they had. Their customer care was personal and attentive without being condescending. Questions were answered, expectations were set and then exceeded, and I wasn't dumped when the job was over. No question I would take my vehicle here again and recommend them to anyone who needed body work.
