Ive unfortunately had to deal with shops in the past and have also gotten stuck with sub par service and work. Carstar's service was awesome from start to finish. There wasn't a single concern or issue that wasn't listened and attended to and I couldn't have had an easier repair.

The whole experience at Carstar from start to finish was awesome! The team did such a good job keeping me informed about what was going on, as well as empathizing with me for what happened.
