Communication from CarStar was extraordinary. I received updates about the estimated completion time and in the end the last completion estimate was sooner than the others. I went with my son to inspect the vehicle and he commented on the quality of the repair. I also received two recommendation/referrals from Tiffany Nickolauson. One for auto glass repair and the other for general automobile repair with a discount voucher for the later. I plan to take advantage of this early next week. I could not hope for a better experience following an unfortunate encounter between a vehicle and a fallen tree on a highway.

Greg worked hard to get us back on the road ASAP. His crew did a great job, especially the young man who detailed my car! So much dirt and dog hair to vacuum up! The front staff made us very welcome and explained our charges to us. We are beyond satisfied with Greg and company.

Greg kept me updated with parts, progress and completion of my car repair. He also tried really hard to get the parts as fast as possible as I was from out of town.
