Right now given my recent experience would not recommend

The quality of my car is great. I have not noticed anything that is out of line. There were some dirty finger prints on my visor and ceiling of the car from a mechanic I had to wash out

I’ve had repairs done here in the past and my past experience was great. This time, not so much. It was very clear the shop bit off more than they can chew with the amount of cars they took on from the hail damage. I was told I would get a quote in a few days after dropping off my car and it took two weeks with persistent calling and following up. I would get a different answer from everyone I spoke with. Someone would say they’d call back and never did. I was burning through my rental coverage and when I tried to get my car back to drive while I waited they kept saying it was being disassembled or it was about to go in. I couldn’t get a straight answer from anyone. It would’ve been great if someone was honest and transparent. Valerie was the only one who would tell me the real deal. My date also was pushed out 10 days from the promised day due to parts which no one could confirm they were even gonna be delivered. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for rental coverage cause my insurance coverage expired. I could of planned this a lot differently if I was not given the run around each time I spoke to someone
