Everything was great with the exception that a small Nick in the clear coat was not repaired at the initial visit. This necessitated a second repair and loss of vehicle use for three days. However everything was repaired with outstanding care and professionalism.

Repair work performed on auto collision damage looks perfect! Though given never expected excuse of “oops, we forgot, didn’t know,,” for not working on additional small repair has estimate drawn up for and was ready to pay cash for! So now I need to wait out repair till next year! More disappointed over negligence or ignorance on unperformed work was under impression being done while they had my car. Had no idea they were only doing half the work I requested.
