One thing I noticed: The hood looks like it has a bigger gap on the driver side than the passenger side. It does open and close securely.

Poor communication. Failure to meet discussed and agreed on deadline or even inform me that this was going to be the case when it was realized the deadline could not be met. I found out I was not going to have my car back on the agreed date after calling and waiting for a call back for 4 HOURS on the day I was supposed to pick up my car just few hours before I had to go to work. By this time it was way too late to make any transportation arrangements for my job going into a 4 day weekend. At this late notice no car rental had anything available for the weekend. This meant for the next 4 days I was forced to literally to take a taxi to my every destination and at odd hours when one would prefer not to be getting into a stranger’s car as I sometimes work nights which was the case that weekend. Besides being very expensive, it was a very uncomfortable 4 day weekend. To add to this when I finally got my car back the next week all of the agreed work was not completed. Part of the car I asked to be painted remained unpainted and they damaged the paint to another part of the car that now needs to be repaired. This could have overall been avoided by a simple phone call ahead of time to explain that the deadline could not be met that I could have made prior arrangements for my transportation plan as they had my car for 2 and half days completely aware of this and called not once. Additionally I was told that though I made an appointment and dropped my car off to be worked on, on a particular day, “it could not be started right away”. I would think that if you know you can not start the job at a particular time you should avoid making an appointment for that date and time. Instead the appointment should be made for the date and time which you can commence the job. As relates to the additional damage to the car and incomplete work…I don’t know what to say. Very dissatisfied
