I used duct tape for a temporary fix until I could get my car repaired. When my car was ready., I went to check it. The remnants of the duct tape were still on the car. I did not appreciate that. The car should have been cleaned of all traces of the duct tape. It was wiped off after I complained.

My name is spelled Meryl, not "Mereyl". At first the name "Rose Johnson" was written on my invoice. When I brought the misspelling to the attention of the person who was helping me, he still misspelled my name, even though I used a credit card. I didn't correct him again. Correct spelling of customers' names is important.
