Well since you asked. Top to bottom a great experience. You were recommended by a friend who uses your business for his customers. He said good things about Sonic with good reason. The whole process from scheduling the inspection to picking the car up was actually pretty seamless. As a family we need our cars. So being able to plan not having one of our cars is no easy feat. That said I, was at your mercy. Every benchmark You were able to set especially around Thanksgiving was met. That is the main reason I'm speaking here. But really the cherry on top was the thorough cleaning inside and out. Nice touch that! Will easily recommend Sonic to anyone. Best Regards Rick Spengler
