"On January 22nd at 9:00 a.m., our Tesla was towed from Ballard to Des Moines. When it left our sight, it felt as if something deeply familiar was taken away from our life. This car is more than transportation to us — it is comfort, independence, and a sense of home on the road. Losing it, even temporarily, left a quiet emptiness that words are hard to explain. Driving another car never felt right. Every turn felt uncertain. Every drive felt heavy. We even had to rent a car we werent familiar with, and the stress followed us everywhere. We were simply waiting — hoping, praying — to feel normal again. Then came your first message. At 11:11 a.m., the moment our car arrived at CARSTAR Murrays, we were notified immediately. Photos were sent. An initial assessment followed. Clear explanations came without us having to ask. In that moment, something changed inside us. The fear softened. The worry loosened its grip. We felt seen. We only hoped for 2 things — updates and time. What we received was care and compassion. Every update mattered. Every message reassured us that our car was in good hands.
