They were kind and had strong communication up until pick up when it seemed like things were rushed even though I picked up the vehicle a day later from when they called and said it was ready and didn’t give them an urgency on needing it done sooner than estimated.

Repair Quality

The parts were fixed though there is wear and minor marks on brand new parts. My impression was those parts would look brand new. The car was also speckled with wax and (I’m assuming clay) which made reviewing it difficult to understand what was damage and what could be rubbed off/detailed out.

Everyone was very friendly and communication was great during the service! It seems like things may have been rushed when picking up my car even though I picked it up a day after it was ready.

Adrian and Karla were great to work with. Everything looked beautiful. There was a minor issue with the battery. The "check battery" warning illuminated on the dashboard. I tightened the nuts on the battery terminals and that fixed it.
