I will be sending an email detailing my experience, but in conclusion I am disappointed with the workmanship, the communication, and the slapdash state my car was returned to me. A date has been scheduled to repair the noticeable mistakes on the car, and I hope to be posting a much better and glowing review after this next appointment.

I would recommend them for sure! But I would suggest to my friend to have the estimate be explained thoroughly and remove contents of the car so that it doesn’t get destroyed. Also, I don’t know what it will look like in the long run.

I appreciate getting a written estimate. I was comfortable when I went in. I was disappointed that there is no wiggle room in the price, basically a flat rate of $1200 no matter what. Contents of my car was destroyed from interior cleaning. I appreciate that my car looked clean on the outside and I think on the inside.

Customer service was fine, I appreciate both people who worked in the front office giving me a written estimate. I would have appreciated more explanation of looking at the damage and explaining to me what would be done to my car to repair it.

Two big jobs. Complete paint three years ago, then side collision repair just now, which required matching paint. Great admin and explanation and estimate. Perfect results. My paint job from three years ago shows NO wear.
