Basically, overall, everything went well. I was a little concerned because my brakes when I am slightly releasing them after being at a complete stop make this very heavy screeching metal sound which he didn’t do that before the accident so I don’t know if it was because I was stopped at a light and he came behind me and maybe I dug into my rotors or something I don’t know, but I don’t know much about cars, but I just wanna know if that was an issue and nothing was addressed and I did mention that.

Excellent service and communication! The gentleman who helped me when I picked up my car was knowledgeable and very professional!
