They completed my repair in a very timely fashion which I hugely appreciate. My only concern was they left the parts they replaced (tire and rim) in my trunk which is difficult to dispose of and made the other items in my trunk very dirty.

The service and communication from staff were excellent. Unfortunately, Sound Collision is not an authorized vendor for passenger Rivian. This said, they were very gracious to replace my damaged tire so I can drive to get body repair at Rivian Service Center.
