As discussed when I picked up the car, the headlamp cover should have been replaced or at least UV coated for protection. I also have pictures of the semi cloudy areas where they buffed out the scrapes. The car was not washed🙁 so it’s hard to tell if there are bits of compounding polish on the hood. I will be sure and take it to a touch free location when I wash it. The people at the shop were very friendly and efficient.

It was overall great. My only complaint: when the car was first dropped off, the office person told me it was going to be totaled by the insurance company. That caused us some considerable, and unnecessary stress. It was not totaled, so it would have been better if she had not said anything about that.

So far so good, I’m hearing more noise than before the accident so trying to figure that out, but it looks great. The car wash could have been better. There was a black sticky substance on some areas of the car.

I sent pictures to the insurance company of the damage to the left side bumper, I was told the fix was not approved to be done so now the bumper is not flush

The only reason it is not a 10 is because the person told me there was no damage to the bumper when I brought it in. I showed the picture I sent to insurance and they did a band aide fix. The bumper looks better but the brakect is not right
