I was not given a timeframe for completion upon drop off. The promised rental car was not present, which caused time delays on my part. My contact info was verified at that time. I had to follow up a week later on any communication for updates. At that time I was given a date of 7.22.26 for completion. This date came and went without any update. After calling I was asked “are you not getting our texts?” Nope. My phone was verified again and I finally got a text update. The vehicle was not given back to me until today 7.29.26. The vehicle looks great but the communication was horrible.
