For the record, Elizabeth Peterson is my spouse and the insurance is in her name. She doesn’t own my Toyota 4Runner. Anyway, yes I’m pleased with the overall experience I had with Gerber Collision & Glass (Issaquah). The communication (text updates) were great, informing me on where the process was at. The partnership with Enterprise made the rental car process simple. The repair itself is excellent, I can’t even tell I was hit. The team at Gerber is top notch, I highly recommend them based on my personal experience.
