The work was great, but I think I’ve made my points clear on the prior comments. There’s a reason that someone gets an estimate before getting worked done.

The work performed was good, but I am extremely upset that the total cost came in nearly $500 more than the estimate you provided. You didn’t offer an explanation, and that is a significant delta without providing any explanation or request to proceed. I paid it because I was in a jam and had to get my car back before going to the airport,
