The car was cleaner than when I bought it! The repairs look to have all been done well. Only thing to nitpick is that the interior windshield glass cleaning left it worse than before, and I had to clean it -- it was actually hard to see through all the hazy streaks. Otherwise, I have confidence the vehicle is now as good as new.

Based on the estimate, I wouldn't have someone uninsured come here, as the prices seemed very high. BUT, I didn't shop around for estimates to solidify my belief, either.

The only negative was the length of time it took. It was accurate based on the estimate, but "4-5 days" to replace the hatch and bumper when everything is in stock was excessive, and was a serious inconvenience for a working couple with 2 kids. It should have been 2 days.

I have experienced great service from them over the years. Most efficient, courteous and a great staff to work with. Secretary Sue is so knowledgeable from the moment you arrive with a banged up car to when you arrive to pick up a beautiful looking car! She has the personality for "her" job.
