The car was not fixed when I arrived for pickup. The owner was surprised that the newly installed part was broken & bumper scratches still showed. Why wasnât the car checked before I was called to go get it? Either the new part came broken &!was installed anyway or it was broken during installation??? Either way, it required four 20 mi trips & wasted my time.

Several minor issues. Car was done early. I would not have bothered with a loaner car if I was presented a clearer time frame. Also several non accident related scratches were not addressed. I indicated I was willing to pay out of pocket, but that option also went unaddressed.
