I always bring my car to Nissan for any type of repairs and I have always had a fantastic experience, at each visit. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, which makes the process even smoother. I got daily texts from staff with updates on my car, parts being ordered, and estimated timeframes which was perfect for me considering I work, too, and can’t always pick up the phone. I remembered I needed to have my tires rotated so I texted the staff and asked if they could take care of it while my car was already there instead of coming back out, and they did it without hesitation. I have a busy schedule 24/7 so this was huge for me. The process from start to finish was professional and efficient. My car was beautiful when I picked it up! I think they even vacuumed/wiped out inside (which I’m so grateful for!). I’d highly recommend Nissan Collision Repair and their staff!!!
