The damage was to the front bumper, fender and passenger side door which looks awesome. However, there is a deep gouge in the rear bumper on the passenger side that was not there when I dropped it off. Someone there apparently backed up into something while it was in your possession for 9 days. Very upset but my dad and I figured you’d just deny it so I didn’t say anything!! I will definitely reconsider using Southgate Ford ever again!! It’s a shame when you get your car back and there’s more damage to it .

Very angry that I got my car back with damage to rear bumper passenger side. It was not there before and is a new gouge. Someone there had to have backed into something and then played stupid. I will definitely be taking my car to the place I always used prior to you, Southgate Ford. Very disappointed!!!

Friendly, Knowledgable, Delivered in a timely manner as promised with quality work. I came to your dealer after a poor eperience with a competitor (Gorno) and let me tell you night and day difference. I'd reccomend Southgate Ford body shop for repair to anyone. Thank you all & Happy Holidays!

Top notch experience all the way through, but extra credit to Danielle ( hope I have her name spelled correctly) who does all the paperwork and handled my claim. I was able to get updates from her the entire time the truck was there. She’s very professional and was willing to help anyway she could. The quality of the repairs were spot on, it’s hard to tell my truck was ever involved in a fire. I would highly recommend Southgate Ford for repairs and am very happy it’s a preferred facility for AAA.

Took forever to repair. I have always used Southgate Ford as did my parents and grandparents for purchases and repairs, but after my last two experiences, I will never have a car repaired at Southgate Ford again. I received no communication on the status of my repair and I called to get a status and was told the car was finished, they just hadn’t got around to calling me. Very poor communication and work. Would not recommend. Car is not driving as it was before.
