An appointment was scheduled for my brakes - I arrived at Southgate Ford was immediately taken care of - a Porter (Dennis) drove me home (when scheduling an appointment I was offered a rental) - my vehicle was ready the next day because the rotors had to be turned - a Porter picked me up and I picked up my vehicle - very stress free and I do appreciate the services provided to me from Southgate Ford!!

Dropped my car off early at 9am they said they would follow up with me in a hour at 6pm I’m trying to call all over to find out about my car no one knows I just had my back breaks being done to find out they said someone went home early for the day another Person went home sick and they said my car should of been done that day I would of been fine if someone could of called me and told me but they had me calling all over the place like 10 times for my vehicle I had the coupon for 179 for My breaks I believe I was over charged on it my total was 330 something just for the back breaks and the coupon was suppose to be 179 with labor ???
