As soon as I got home after picking up my vehicle, while backing into my driveway the vehicle turned off and has not started since. That was Monday 2/20/2023 at 4:20pm.

The personnel never returned any of my calls. I left multiple voice mails but never got a call back. The employee Steve has not called me back to see if my vehicle was working since I told him my issue with the vehicle on Monday.

We were told it would be a week and it ended up almost 2 months! Had to rent a car costing $1700 and there was no loaner available the whole time! Hopefully we can be compensated for some of the rental fees!
