Southgate Lincoln has been at this location since the mid-sixties, The Collision repair areas have been expanded to offer 20 bays of available space which includes (2) state of the art Uni-body repair machines. We currently employ (3) body technicians and (2) Painters, as well as other support staff. We are direct repair with multiple insurance companies and will work with ALL other insurance companies. The manager is new to this dealership, but has been in the business 34 years and has worked in all aspects of the auto body repair process, he has a impeccable record of high customer satisfaction ratings.

As a customer I didn't like to hear after I had paid my deductible. That "now we have to wait months for the insurance portion". I have State farm and I have already received notification that their portion has been paid. I didn't think it took long. But as a customer I shouldn't hear such comments. Not professional.
