Southgate Lincoln has been at this location since the mid-sixties, The Collision repair areas have been expanded to offer 20 bays of available space which includes (2) state of the art Uni-body repair machines. We currently employ (3) body technicians and (2) Painters, as well as other support staff. We are direct repair with multiple insurance companies and will work with ALL other insurance companies. The manager is new to this dealership, but has been in the business 34 years and has worked in all aspects of the auto body repair process, he has a impeccable record of high customer satisfaction ratings.

The body shop manager and Secretary have horrible customer service. The paint touch up on my car was amazing. Looks brand New again! Sean waived my deductible so ultimately I was satisfied. The body shop manager and secretary just need to learn how to have better customer service and answer the phone when people call.

I had to call to find out the status of my vehicle. I was not informed of anything as far as the progress of the work that was being done. I actually had to call at least 3 times. I would never use Southgate Lincoln to fix any of my cars again.
