Right out the gate the staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The repair on my car was finished in a very timely fashion and looks great, as if has just come of the assembly line. I am sorry that I can't remember the lady's name in the office but she showed personal interest and helped me in a matter concerning my rental car. Dave was also friendly and did not delay in processing the paper work and inspection of my car. Even when I got his name wrong he didn't take offense and was able to laugh about. Thank you Southlake Collison. I appreciate all of you.

They are to be commended for doing a great job. I never had personal contact with any of them to my knowledge. Although, the weather was inclement my car was not dirty inside or out accept for the tires. The sidewall on both sides of the car had an appearance of rust on them. I am not sure why.

Love this shop, hate that it’s the worse day when you have to come to the shop but they put you @ ease and they do a great job on your vehicle. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
