I brought my Corvette into Carstar for some substantial repairs and this is the second time but a different incident. I wasn’t worried how they would do because they always do the highest quality and I am always 100% satisfied. The gentleman are very professional and very nice to me because there isn’t very many women that own Corvette. Once again, I am very satisfied and would not take my car anywhere else but Carstar thanks again Denise.

All the employees at Carstar are incredibly friendly and always knowledgeable about what I need and quick to write an estimate. When they wrote an estimate and then I picked it up it was actually less than what they told me because there was a way they could save me money and that’s always good since I do have a brand new Corvette I can’t say enough about how good they are. This is the only body shop. I will tell my friends to go my family and I will continue on going there hopefully not too soon.!

While working on the vehicle which took them 3 months to repair the manifold hose was disconnected. When we dropped the vehicle off initially the vehicle ran perfectly. We picked it up all type of warning lights came on. After taking it Toyota merrillville we were advised of the manifold hose disconnect. After I spoke to Nathan I was advised they did nothing but replace the rear hood. Toyota advised only possible reason for disconnect. This cost us an additional charge due to Liss not doing their job correctly. Also, the rear hood was replaced with a spoiler which was not on the original rear hood. Not a very reputable repair shop. Will not use again.
