Looks like a new car! Very satisfied that dents were removed and paint matches and Norm went beyond what insurance paid and touched up scratches on bumper and hood and detailed car and even attempted to fix the warning light on my passenger mirror! This really made me happy that I took my car for repair to Southside.

The hold up was not their fault. The hood came in damaged. They did an amazing job on ky car and I would recommend them to anyone needing work done

There was an issue with scratches under the paint. However, Norman addressed the issue with professionalism and has made an appointment to see that it's fixed. He was so personable, professional and friendly, we feel like he's a family friend. Melissa was super nice as well. Will definitely use this shop, if the need arises in the future. Everyone was very helpful and delivered accurate information. I was constantly kept in the loop during the process. They work very well with helping me locate a car rental place that would get me too and from the auto body shop.
