In the past, my father engaged in business with Southside Auto Repair for several years, and I assisted him in his body shop. I was highly satisfied with the assistance they provided to my father. Recently, I found myself in need of their services, as my car had sustained hail damage. I contacted Southside and scheduled an estimate and appointment for repairs. Southside Auto Repair was exceptionally courteous, comforting, and friendly throughout the process. I brought my car in on Monday, and they kept me informed of its progress. They called exactly the following Monday and I was informed that my car was ready for pickup. They performed an exceptional job, meticulously removing every dent caused by the hail. I hardly recognized my car when I went to retrieve it. Upon inspection, I found that my car had been thoroughly washed, waxed, and cleaned, showcasing an exceptional level of detail. I highly recommend Southside Auto Repair for their exceptional workmanship and the courteous and friendly demeanor of their employees. If I am ever in need of their services again, I will undoubtedly bring my vehicle to their attention in the future if needed.

Norm and his team always go above and beyond when they repair my vehicles, my truck looks absolutely beautiful after they removed all the hail dents, they detailed it for me and Norm even delivered it right back to my office when he was done with it!
