I was disappointed and wanted to reach because my car was there from July to Nov and I was just notified last month that you all had a loaner car I was paying for a rental plus a car payment I felt like my deductible should have been waved as a courtesy please let me know if this could be done now because I thought that was unfair not to tell me you all had that service
