We left our truck in December 2025 a day before we left on vacation. We came back and the truck was not ready. They kept saying because of the holidays and kept pushing completing date further out. December past, here comes early January 2026 and still nothing now there saying it’s your insurance. Then we get a message your truck is ready. We go inspected and the door is making a noise when you open the door. We call the guy over and his truck like it’s probably a flap that goes there. He checks and there’s no flap. So now he said going to order the part, call you when it get here. We take the truck home, the next day husbands takes the truck to work and when he comes back from work my daughter asked what happened to the door? My husband is like what? So now on that same door part of the trim fell, flew, came off we don’t now. But our deductible was 1000, and the truck was taken to a place where I think would have done a great job, but it took long to fix, wasn’t fixed correctly, and that’s what we get for 1000. So no we weren’t satisfied at all. Still to this day they haven’t called us back to go back and fix the door. Oh, also they had to replace the battery because it was drained, and the truck was left with no gas, which they put 10.00 of gas. This will not be our choice to come back.

I am going to make a long story short, the paint work that was performed on my f250 was extremely poor. There is no debating that. That is factual. Hard masking lines that resulted in clear coat edges. Debris in paint. Lack of prep work that resulted in key marks still being visible. I’m only answering this survey because I keep getting texts about it. I asked point blank if the paint guys were good and I was assured they were. Well survey says that’s WRONG!

Being honest, I was hesitant about bringing a Toyota to a Ford collision center, but the work, results, and customer service were superb! My car looks brand new again and will highly recommend anyone to use their services.
