I truly appreciated the excellent customer service from Lamarko at Space City Toyota. He welcomed me upon my arrival, kept me informed on the status of my vehicle, ensured I had transportation to meet my other obligations when the service took longer than expected, and promptly notified me when my vehicle was ready for pick up. Ask for Lamarko if you ever need a service advisor at Space City Toyota. The great customer service extended to the rental car counter. Claudia in the rental department provided great customer service as well. My wait time was minimal and she explained each section of the rental agreement to ensure I understood what I was signing and answered any questions. Although my car is not under warranty, I still have my vehicle serviced at Space City Toyota due to their great customer service.

I don't know where to start. All I can say is that Marcel took care of me. He made sure that the transition of me dropping off my car and picking it up was seamless. During the process of getting my car repaired, Marcel was very professional and kept me informed on what was happening with my car. He was patient and very knowledgeable. Thank you Marcel for all you did to ensure that my car was repaired in the time alotted and that things were handled professionally and with integrity. Well done!!!

I felt it took far too long, but everyone was competent and courteous. My car is spiffy looking, though, damage fixed and everything cleaned up.

The people are excellent. But get rid of the AI nitwit. And stop it from sending msgs to the owner when they go to the Collision center. Example: I was twice told my parts had arrived and I could come pick them up.
