I have a natural ability to make people comfortable, so I did that with the gentlemen in the collision part of Toyota Space Center. When I initially arrived on that side to ask questions, I didn’t feel welcomed or really acknowledged. It was only after I initiated conversation that the people who worked there became friendlier. Someone else may have left and not returned, and you would’ve lost the customer .After all was said and done my vehicle was repaired and the work was done well. Customer service begins when the person walks through the door!
