I did not like the way you all handle my business with my car, I would have never let you all done any repair on my car if you were not going to do the repair my back up camera you all said that you would and when I put my car in the shop there .The story change. I took my car to Chrysler and told them what you told me it was Manager said that he was. Told by State Farm that the back up was not related to the accident even when it hit from behind,
