You guys did a great job on my vehicle. But you guys need to work on communication with the customer and where you are with the their vehicle. And I felt like a criminal because the guy that I was working with said that my car was ready but I wasn't allowed to come and get it today. He said make sure you wait for the phone call the next day for documentation what you need to bring. I should have been able to get my vehicle that day I knew what I needed to bring I felt like a criminal

Ben and Tracey were awesome. Very professional and honest. The shop itself was extremely clean- as far as the repairs- so far so good (there was a mechanical component to it as well so I'll be continuing to monitor this). Excellent job by all involved with my claim and I will also be giving a glowing review on Facebook.
