I made 4 visits to the shop to get the dent. I got new scratches on my bumper and headlight during that process. I got over charged $90 because he entered wrong amount into the card reader so I had to come in for that. I checked my bumper installation and it didn't install correctly. I decided to search on YouTube of how to install the bumper instead of bringing the car back to the shop.
