No, I’m not satisfied. To whom it may concern; I am overwhelmed with regret because I was told at the last minute that there was a problem with my hood LED lights. I mean minutes prior to picking the car up. At the time I dropped my car off for the front bumper/ undercarriage damage the LED lights were fully operational. Minutes before arriving; I received a call stating that one light was out and the other light was slightly operational and that it may be a defect in the lights. Also, in order for the insurance company to possibly cover the lights I would have to get a second opinion about the cause of the lights malfunctioning. Also, that the insurance company mayn’t pay for it because it wasn’t related to the initial insurance claim and I was given the price for the repairs. My concern is that I wasn’t in possession of the car. I shouldn’t be responsible for the repairs neither does the insurance. I think it’s poor business practice.
