Christy and her team were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. Christy was always responsive, and I appreciated how she kept me updated in a timely manner. The service your team provides is so excellent that it easily overshadows the disappointing experience I had with Enterprise. One suggestion I have is to consider offering more than one car rental option. The Enterprise location across the street could certainly improve. I experienced long wait times, and when I was finally given a car, it needed an oil change—despite already waiting 40 minutes for it to be cleaned. When I was given a replacement car, it was almost empty on gas. I mentioned it to the agent, who took the car to refuel but was gone for 20 minutes, only to return without adding any gas. It was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend that Enterprise location to anyone.
