I informed them when this started to keep me up to date with what is going on. I had to help on multiple occasions to move process along and was not made aware of issues until I reached out. They took their time waiting until all work was completed not just the supplemental to submit the supplemental. Submitted the supplemental incorrectly all while making me wait 6 days after work was complete to get my car back because of the front office incompetence.
